Character Animations
Strategy
With only two months from concept to delivery, this project required a streamlined production pipeline. Working alongside an art director, storyboard artist, and multiple animators, we delivered the final piece in time for PwC's showcase.
Production
Due to the tight production schedule, the team leveraged pre-rigged character assets and animated each scene in Autodesk Maya to maximize efficiency. To achieve natural, believable performances, we recorded live-action reference footage for every scene, even the shortest ones. Once the animation was complete, the shots were rendered on a render farm to accelerate production, then assembled with compositing and post-production effects for the final edit.
